Robert Pattinson isn’t head over heels about the idea of bulking up to be the new Batman.
Robert Pattinson plays the role of Bruce Wayne in the new DC movie about the superhero, but the actor doesn’t want to follow the example of the previous Dark Knight, Christian Bale.
In Nolan’s trilogy about the superhero, the lead actor had to exercise a lot to gain weight and get all jacked. But Pattinson doesn’t want to set such a precedent. In the 1970s, the actor argues, no one had a particularly great muscular physique, according to modern standards.
After that, the actor remembered his background of starring in Twilight movies and the fact that he didn’t have to appear shirtless too often, to everyone’s relief.
Despite his negative attitude towards working out, Robert Pattinson apparently has a personal trainer, who has given him instructions of what the actor has to do at home to keep fit (because of coronavirus restrictions), but Robert has admitted that he doesn’t do much.
Yet, he doesn’t ignore his trainer completely – he follows strict recommendations concerning his meal plan, which comprises, for example, tuna, vanilla protein powder, oatmeal, and some other fitness-guru type of products, which somehow still manage to sound appetizing. The Batman’s release date has been pushed to October 1, 2021, and it might be delayed even further, depending on the epidemiological situation. For now, we have an intriguing trailer with a code, which has been solved by a DC fan. Read more on that right here.
