They believe that beauty fades with age, yet this is nonsense. While our genetics play a role in this, as we develop, we gain some control over our bodies. It’s certainly more difficult to achieve the sculpted look, but it’s not impossible.
Celebrities in our list show that with hard effort and patience, you can mature like a great wine and improve with time! Granted, many of them have personal trainers, but it appears that their secrets aren’t that hidden after all. They’ve been kind enough to explain what they eat and how they exercise so we can obtain the great beach physique we’ve always wanted.
1 Jennifer Lopez

Anyone who has seen a Jennifer Lopez (50) music video or performance knows she has an unstoppable physique. Lopez typically collaborates with two trainers to create a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) schedule that pushes her muscles to their limits.
She also mixes it into her kickboxing and ab routines. Consider just what is exhausting! She, like many other celebrities, feels that water is the most important element in the human body. Caffeine and alcohol were cut out of her diet. She also values healthy, nutrient-dense lifestyle meals.
2 Jennifer Aniston

Jen (51) stated that she works out for an hour or two seven days a week, seven days a week. She exercises by boxing, jumping rope, practicing strength exercises, and training with different resistance bands.
She states that her diet is a big component of what she consumes. She consumes “as many] organic vegetables and fruits as she can” while keeping her “sugar [intake] low, [drinking] tons of water, and getting a decent night’s sleep.”
3 Reese Witherspoon

When it comes to exercising, Reese Witherspoon (44), like us, isn’t the biggest fan. She does it frequently, but not to the other celebrities on the list. Six days a week, she exercises out for 30 minutes. Simone’s main form of exercise is yoga retreats, while she is also known to work out in the gym a few times a week.
Reese Witherspoon, like many, thinks that diets should be entire and nutritious. It’s not the 1990s anymore, when diets were king. She adores her Glowing Green Smoothie, which she created in collaboration with dietitian Kimberly Snyder. The smoothie rose to fame as a go-to celebrity. Reese does not restrict her diet food, including carbs, which she claims is her favorite late-night snack.
4 Halle Berry

Those abs don’t sprout out of nowhere! Halle Berry (53) enjoys MMA training and kettlebell workouts. In addition, she followed the keto diet. Berry has been diabetic for almost her whole life, therefore she has always eaten with prudence.
Berry has stated, “If you’re like me, you can probably conquer type 2 diabetes; you’ll have greater athletic ability, better sick, and less acne if that’s an issue.”
5 Carmen Electra

Carmen Electra (48) earlier had a role of a beach lifeguard you hoped would come to your rescue, and her narrative is still relevant today. Electra’s workout regimen hasn’t changed much over the years. When she was younger, her family enrolled her in dance lessons, and she now utilizes dancing as a form of exercise. She performs aerobic stripteases and dance DVDs.
She drinks a lot of water—we mean a lot—to keep her figure bikini-ready. Before she even begins to drink, she consumes two bottles of water (yeah, we said two bottles). She then gorges herself on protein-rich fish, with fruits and vegetables on the side. Electra’s favorite carb is sushi.
6 Gwen Stefani

Gwen Stefani is past 50 and hasn’t aged a day since the release of the No Doubt song. It does not happen without a great deal of effort. “There is no secret: you must eat well, exercise, and torture yourself!” she tells Harper’s Bazaar. Four days a week, do 60-70 minutes of HIIT, circuit training, and full-body cardio.
Gwen’s diet is milder. She is primarily vegan, however she will go through carb cycling stages. She often avoids pasta, bread, and rice, although she indulges in order to maintain her physique. Stefani consumes a lot of water, which is a trendy practice among healthy celebs.
7 Sofia Vergara

Sofia Vergara (49) exercises with a number of trainers to keep her body in shape. She works at least one hour per day, five days a week. Another Vergara trainer focuses solely on her glutes, performing several squats and lateral lifts. Her exercise routine is not for the faint of heart, but it yields results.
Vergara may appear to eat nothing wrong, but she has a very sweet craving. Even though she professes to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, she indulges in sweets on the weekends. She avoids salt because she thinks it makes her eyes swollen the next day.
8 Eva Longoria

Eva Longoria (45), who recently gave birth to a son, understands exactly where the spring of youth lies. What became of all the pregnancy weight? She worked it out! Second, she let her time to adjust to postpartum and post-pregnancy life. When she was allowed to resume exercising, she focused on cardio. She would go for a morning run but would follow it up with a well-balanced breakfast.
Her diet keeps her in shape. Longoria continues, “I could easily be a vegetarian.” “I adore making vegetable meals.” She eats everything she wants in moderation, but she tries to avoid sweets. Her tummy is still larger than she is, and she will catch up soon, but it may take three months.
9 Salma Hayek

Salma Hayek’s (53) physique appears hard to achieve, especially given that she is regarded as one of Hollywood’s best ladies. She recommends the first tip? Maintain an optimistic attitude. Holding your body upright allows your muscles to work throughout the day. She also works out seven days a week for 30 minutes or less in a short yet systematic aerobic regimen.
Hayek is a big fan of juicing. She has always liked preparing her own organic fruit and vegetable drink since she was a child. She doesn’t limit herself because she is a foodie and an obsessive cook. As she confessed, diets aren’t her thing, but sticking to a routine helps her keep her waist trim.
10 Jennifer Love Hewitt

Jennifer Love Hewitt (41) reigns supreme on the red carpet. She works out frequently to keep her form in shape. She does, in fact, refer to exercise as a pastime because she enjoys it so much. She enjoys all types of exercise, including HIIT, weight training, and cardio. She works every weekday since it is her passion.
Hewitt would rather not have terrible food in her refrigerator because self-control is preferable. She can’t eat much because she only gets 1,500 calories each day. Avocado and tuna salad are high-protein, low-carb meals in her diet. Fruit is low in calories and high in nutrients, so she chooses it. She abstained from alcohol and dairy goods.
11 Jennifer Garner

Despite the fact that Jennifer Garner (48) is approaching her fifties, her health-consciousness has paid off handsomely. Garner is another celebrity that works with Simone De La Rue and Body By Simone. When she isn’t preparing for a film, she does this, as well as endurance and aerobic training four to five days a week.
Although exercise is important, nothing beats the fork. Garner follows a rigorous diet. She collaborates with Kelly LeVeque, the celebrity nutritionist behind the Be Well by Kelly Diet.” She, on the other hand, does not deny anything. Garner likes to bake and cook, so she eats in moderation.
12 Jessica Alba

Jessica Alba (39) follows a stringent training regimen. Every morning, she does spin or hot yoga. We’re not sure how it’s accomplished. Although she enjoys YogaSculpt, she balances it with hard-core physical exercises to keep things moving.
Her diet is also very crucial in her life. She follows a low-carbohydrate, low-sugar diet high in lean meats and veggies. She, on the other hand, is unable to refute anything. She must regulate her nerves if she feels nervous. “When I feel like I’m starving myself, I binge.” “That isn’t a balanced approach,” Alba tells Elle Australia.
13 Julia Roberts

Julia has a tight fitness program and is introducing a new 52 look like 30. Roberts does yoga and works out for an hour four times a week. She admits she dislikes exercising, but she enjoys the results and how she feels afterwards – something we can all relate to. She frequently uses phase aerobics to liven up at least 40 minutes of bodywork.
Her diet is a little lighter. Food, according to Roberts, should be relished and managed. Carbohydrates are something she appreciates and consumes (as long as they are nutritiously whole foods). Because she is a stay-at-home mom with three children, mealtimes are a family event for her, and she uses this time to educate her children about food. “You have to eat to get the wonderful things,” Roberts explains once more.
14 Cindy Crawford

Cindy Crawford’s (54) preferred routine includes 20 minutes of cardio (trampoline, treadmill, or elliptical) followed by weights. She also likes to go to pole dance classes with her dad. Crawford tries to exercise three times a week.
There’s also a diet to consider. She has one unbreakable rule: no food. She “doesn’t eat junk” and “doesn’t consume a lot of processed foods” in terms of diet. She’ll eat a protein shake in the morning, a salad for lunch, and a healthy dinner.
15 Elizabeth Hurley

Elizabeth Hurley (55) was the fantasy lady of the 1990s; not much has changed. She is still in good shape as a result of her workout and nutrition regimen. Hurley doesn’t have a set training routine, but he stays occupied all day. On weekends, she’ll go for lengthy walks with her dogs and stretch every day. She will occasionally attend a yoga or pilates class, as well as perform home exercises on the stomach, arm, and buttocks.
Hurley favors water throughout the day. She gets up and drinks two glasses of water before continuing to drink water throughout the day. Processed foods are strictly forbidden. She’d rather have something simple, average, fresh, and quick. “Even when I’m at home in the country, I strive to consume locally sourced food.” That’s meat and potatoes.”
